Betty, 36

Betty came to me as a soon-to-be-bride wanting to look her best on her BIG day! Month after month, Betty saw me 3x a week, and even added yoga and hitt classes to her non training schedule! Fitness became a part her daily life - creating a gym rat and a yogi bear wrapped up in one! Her dedication to movement and healthy eating played a huge role in creating sustainable healthy lifestyle habits -and the key to her success of losing 35lbs!

Elizabeth, 28

Elizabeth (known as Giggey) came to me as a first time gym goer. She, like many SF business professionals, found herself working constantly, eating out at least twice a day, and drinking at multiple weekly happy hours…with minimal to no exercise. Giggey, who was one of my longest standing clients (4.5 yrs), now cooks almost all of her meals, has learned how to handle the social drinking bug, and is truly committed to working on her fitness. She has dropped 4 dress sizes, lost 25 lbs, and maintained it!!! She is the prime example of how a fitness journey takes time and persistence to make a REAL CHANGE!

Dimpal, 41

Dimpal came to me as a seasoned gym-goer! She had never worked with a coach before but had been familiarized with a gym setting in the past. Due to her cheerful attitude we hit the ground running and met 3x a week. Work took up most of her time so our sessions were very important hours of the week. We addressed certain nutritional vices and discussed the importance of internal hunger cues. In doing so, she was able to drop 4 dress sizes and lose 38lbs! Now Dimpal has a slimmer new wardrobe and those food cravings under control!
