Clients have the option to train in-person or online! The options are endless to both routes….WHICH WILL YOU CHOOSE?
My in-person clients train either out of a private studio in Potrero Hill, from the convenience of their own home, in the bright San Francisco sun outdoors or a combination of each. My online clients either decide to take their journey with me, to be coached in an interactive 1-on-1 custom program or they take on more accountability right off the bat by choose a self-coached pre-programmed program.
No matter which path you choose, I will be here to guide you along the way of your fitness journey!
IN-PERSON STUDIO/ HOME TRAINING :
1-ON-1 TRAINING•$105 PER SESSION
This is for a client who has specific goals, would like more attention/accountability, and is committed to training at least 2 times per week.
PARTNER TRAINING • $65 PER SESSION (PER PERSON)
This is for clients who have goals of being healthier/moving more, don’t mind sharing the attention during a session, and can commit to training at least 1 time per week. Grab your best pal and get through the sweat & tears of the workout together!
OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP TRAINING :
1-ON-1 TRAINING•$85 PER SESSION
This is for a client who has specific goals, would like more attention/accountability, and are committed to training at least 2 times per week.

This is for clients who have goals of being healthier/moving more, don’t mind sharing the attention during a session, and can commit to training at least 1 time per week! Grab your best pal or two, and get through the sweat & tears of an outdoor bootcamp together!
**Monthly Nutrition Coaching may be added to any in-person or online training package for a discounted rate.
ONLINE TRAINING:
INTERACTIVE 1-ON-1 CUSTOM PROGRAM •$350 PER MONTH
This is for a client who wants direction with their workouts, has specific goals, and needs accountability to stay on track. Together, by thoroughly reviewing and assessing your current habits, lifestyle, and goals - we create a custom program that is specifically designed for YOU and YOUR schedule. Programs will include video instruction, workout calendar, and weekly accountability check-ins.
SELF COACHED 6 WEEK LIFESTYLE PROGRAM •$150
This is for a client who wants to get into the gym more consistently and know exactly what to do while they are there. This program covers all the bases with an - Upper & Cardio, Legs & Core, HIIT & Power, and Bodyweight & Compound Movement split! Not only will you learn all the basic movements - squat, hinge, lunge, press, pull, rotation, and gait - you will build strength, lose fat, and learn to move more efficiently! Program will include video instruction, workout calendar, and Facebook Accountability Group access.
MA Warrior Challenge • Lifestyle Guide
This is a new style program guide that’s very much different than the traditional MA 30 day programs! The purpose of this 8 week guide is to help educate you to instill the principles of healthy living. It will still include workouts, however the meal planning portion will focus on calculating your macro’s so you can eat to match whatever your goal might be (lose weight, maintain, or gain weight)
This 8-week program is better than ever. We have included new exciting workouts and tons of information that will help you change your lifestyle altogether.
