Terms & Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 Hour Cancellation Policy is required.

Missed training sessions that are not rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session, due to studio rental booking fee.

SESSIONS:

Clients should plan on arriving at least 10-15 mins early to foam roll, stretch, and warm-up. This allows us to maximize our session time!

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late or “no show” will result in forfeiture of the session, unless other arrangements have been previously made.

PACKAGES:

All packages require 2 month commitment.

All packages include a comprehensive understanding of proper caloric intake and guidelines to sustain a balanced diet.

All packages include non-session workout suggestions.

Additional personalized homework programs can be purchased upon request.

PAYMENTS:

Payment will occur on the date of session commencement, and will reoccur monthly on the same date of each following month, unless other arrangements have been previously made.

Missed sessions must be made up before the billing cycle is over.

Sessions that are missed for more than 10 days due to travel or any other reason will be put on hold and a new payment date will be selected.

FACILITIES:

The Facility in which I mainly train out of does not require membership or any additional fee for usage. Complimentary fruit, coffee, and tea are available as are the showers/towels/other amenities.
